Refund policy

At CraftyChaosByJac, every item is handmade with care. Because many of our products are custom and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Custom Orders:

All custom orders or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. 

Damaged or Incorrect orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, materials and production may already be in progress.

Shipping Issues:

CraftyChaosByJac is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once packages are shipped, delivery times are out of our control.
